Revised card...

okay, so I couldn't let that boring card go out like it was so I added a little something...Hope it helped improve it!
I used the cowboy hat from the Pooh and Friends cartridge, shaded it with distress ink and used the Distress Stickles on the hat band.

Two cards... anybody care to comment?

I'll take any comments, good or bad, at this point! I see that people visit but no one comments on my cards... can you please comment if you like them or even if you have any suggestions for improvements? I'm always open to constructive criticism!

used the Fiskars rope border punch, Cosmic Copper Brilliance ink on dark green paper, Wild Card Cricut cartridge for sentiment... (still not sure if I like this card... the person likes 'western' things so I tried to go with more muted colors...)

used paint samples for the blue and green 'paper', stamped image with Timber Brown Staz-on ink and colored in with Prismacolor pencils, used new EK Success scalloped scallop border punch on blue Inkadinkado sentiment stamp

lots of cat drama... a few cards...

** warning to cat owners: sewing thread can be hazardous to kitty digestive systems and your wallet!!**
Jett 3 days after surgery...

long story short- my cat, Jett, ate some sewing thread and ended up having to have 18 inches of intestines removed on Feb 13th. So now his belly (and neck and arm for bloodwork/IV) is all shaved and he has a good 3-4 inch scar on it... He is still having trouble recovering so all prayers are appreciated! He has lost at least 3 pounds in the past month!

Here are some cards for your patience!

St. Patty's day Birthday card- used Paper Doll Dress Up cart for Shamrock, Doodletype for Happy Birthday, argyle cuttlebug and sanding on green paper, new EK success edge punch on blue paper

Masculine birthday card- used Beyond Birthdays for sentiment, George for ovals, mesh cuttlebug folder with black magic paper sanded/torn edge for background, hand cut envelope

Pansy birthday card: used Storybook for scalloped ovals, swiss dots cuttlebug folder for purple oval, real dried pansies beneath vellum oval.
